About Me.

K. Megan Maloney is the dynamic CEO and Founder of Maloney and Associates, LLC, a consulting firm that’s all about Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Engineering. Megan has a knack for leading large initiatives and crafting QA/Test Strategies that not only speed up time to market but also boost quality. She’s all about building software right the first time.

Megan’s journey began in the military as a developer, but she quickly realized her true passion lay in testing code rather than building it. This passion for catching defects before they hit production led her to build quality assurance teams for several large organizations. Megan’s deep understanding of companies' needs for quality and efficient market entry has helped her develop winning strategies that drive success.

Armed with a BA and MBA from Saint Leo University, Megan has a solid foundation in business with a passion for IT and Technology.

As AI continues to evolve, Megan has been at the forefront, working with machine learning for the past 12 years. She’s been using testing automation tools to identify potential risks, develop new tests, while keeping regression current

Recently, Megan has spearheaded several impactful projects, including:

Building a QA Program: Implementing a comprehensive QA/Test Strategy for a major non profit credentialing organization, brought the production defects from 300+ a day to less than 5 per month.
Implemented Digital Core Transformation: Brought organization from on prem to the cloud, transforming legacy applications to cloud and implemented CI/CP pipeline.
Enterprise HR System: Lead UAT for a large consulting company with over 700 integrations and 50 business units. Worked with business to ensure the solution met their needs and expectations.

In her free time, K. Megan Maloney is deeply engaged in her local community and personal wellness. She serves on the Baker County Zoning Board, contributing to responsible land-use decisions, and sits on the board of Friends of Baker County Animals (FBCA), where she supports the rescue and rehoming of stray cats and dogs while leading fundraising events to advance animal welfare. For balance and recharge, she enjoys hands-on DIY projects around the house and staying active through regular swimming and exercise, which keep her energized and grounded—values she carries into both her professional consulting work and everyday life

Megan spent most of her career in Virginia, building her career and raising her daughter Loreley. She now lives in Macclenny Florida, enjoying life with a pool, raising chickens and fur babies.
